Taisho-Sanke
is a koi with HI and SUMI (Black) marking on the white skin. The basic
pattern is a HI marking on the head and black stripes on the pectoral
fins.
The white skin should be snow white. The HI marking should be uniform.
Clear edges are important. The head HI should not spread over the
eyes, jaws and cheeks. The HI should not cover the nose either.
Good Sanke should not have
SUMI marking on the head of the KOI.
