Forum Changed Can't Post
The forum structure has changed. The log in username and password however remain unchanged per your previously register information. Please log in using your old username & password if you wish to post any message.

You will also see a lot of yellow folders. You can clear all yellow folder by clicking Mark All Read link at the bottom of each page. In the future, the yellow folder will indicate category with new post that you have not read.

If you run IE 5.5 or 6.0, you will be able to use the advance WYSIWYG editor when doing posting.

If you need any help, post them at the Forum Help section.

Some Notes about this forum :
  • Editor
    There are basically two type of editor which you can use to post your message. They are the Basic Editor and Advance WYSIWYG Editor
    • Basic Editor are meant for older browser such as IE 5.0 and below, Netscape and Opera Browser. The Basic Editor is however load very fast.
    • Advance Editor require a minimum of IE 5.5 and above. It will not load as fast as the Basic Editor. If your browser has problem loading the Advance Editor properly, please choose Basic Editor.
    • You can choose to load either Basic or Advance editor by default by Edit Profile
  • Private Messaging
    If you wish to enable the Private Messaging function, please Edit Profile to choose your option.
  • Reply Notification via email
    If you do not wish to receive notification via email by default, do the same thing, Edit your profileSmile

More notes about this forum.
  1. As the forum data was imported from the old forum that depend on files rather than the present database format, some of the users' data was not imported properly and some of you may find that you user's data was deleted. In such case, please register again. Only a few users may experience such convenience.
  2. If you click on any name to view the profile, you will see that many of your Registered Date has been changed to Jan 15, 2002. That is the date we have imported the users' data into this database. We may not change that to the old value unless we are able to come out with a very efficient conversion program to handle the issue.
  3. Many users who have posted message without any Registered Names are now changed to Anonymous. The present forum require users who wish to post to register.

I have been extremely busy during the last several weeks due to work commitment and have not been able to upload some of the photographs emailed to me. I should be able to upload some of these picture by middle of next week. If for any reason that your picture is not uploaded, please email them to me again at bgkhoo@hileytech.com
