I am very thankful to God for blessing me with a good family, a good job, a good life and with new friends from the koi forum like all of you! Cool

I couldn't ask for more and I am very contented with what I have and have achieved. I do not have a big house, only a 2 storey link house in Klang. But it is cosy and comfortable. I have a relatively small pond (6 tons) in comparison to the other members like Dr Tan, Kevin, Hwong and the rest. But I am satisfied in view of the limited space.

You are right, when I started this pond I did not know much about pond designs and have not discovered this website yet. So no bottom drains. However, I have managed to keep my kois disease-free for a long time now. Very fortunate, I guess.

I do not have any expensive kois either. Like Dr Tan, I bought the small ones (between 4-6"). My most expensive kois were between RM120-200 only.

Anyway, thanks again for the kind words and look forward to meet up with you again. Hwong's pond visit has been postponed to October. He is busy this month. Will keep you informed on the trip.

The playful guy must be somewhere busy with his goldfishes, stopped the flowerhorn business and now trading goldfish. I was told. Hopefully in three months time Kev could return to KL to join you all in the koi fun. He will have to decide then which is his hobby, koi/goldfish or architecture.

The forum needs all the support and wisdom from Johnson. Happy birthday again.

No, I am not expecting anything from anyone, so you need not apologise on Kevin's behalf.

My birthday wish is that all koi forum members will get to know each other better and in the process learn from one another. I hope everyone will learn to keep good water and the kois will naturally be healthy.

I am looking forward to visiting your koi pond in Dec. Any dates fixed?

I was wondering when will we be able to meet up with you? In Oct, Hwong will be opening his house for a pond visit. It would be great if you are able to come as well!
