Let me first introduce myself. I am John Bonten. I am living in the Netherlands. Together with my wife i am running a koi-shop in my country. My age is 38 and my wifes age is 36. We are planning to spend our holidays in Malaysia.That will be in december 2001. We were wondering if we can contact some koi-fanatics who can show us some koi-farms in Malaysia. Perhaps it is posible to spend some days together with any member of the koi-club-Malaysia. It also would be nice if somebody of the members show us his part of the country. We planned to visit the area from Johor Bahru, Melaka and Kuala Lumpur. We kindly ask you to put this message on the website of the koi-club-Malaysia. People who are interested can mail us. Hi John,....message from Danny in Johor Bahru. Sorry I just discovered this forum lately in Feb 2002, so I probably have missed your trip in Malaysia....How was your trip? Have you visited any koi farms in Johor? I know there is 1 in Senai, near senai airport and one in Kulai...if you have not come to south of Malaysia or Johor we can plan to visit them together...or may be in your next trip.

I am just trying to construct my new koi pond and I have 2 friends whom are keeping koi. one has about 40 koi in his 10'x5'x5' pond and another has 80 koi in his 20'x10'x5' pond in his garden. We are all koi lovers.
