A very simple and cheap DIY skimmer :) Can't Post
For those times when you need a very cheap skimmer, buy a aquarium net, bend the arm, and anchor it down, and voila! A skimmer!

hehe, simple idea
i havent got a skimmer installed, which is a bit annoying as i have to net the surface every couple of days, id imagine that using this net skimmer idea would only work if there is a strong surface current?
