Where will the filtration system be?

What type of pump will you be using?

Are there are any bottom drains?

What type of biomedia will you be using?

WOW!!, You are an artist. Great drawings and great plans. would you be widening the pond to at least 10ft width and alo deepen it to atleast 5 ft deep. Once you have finished and the you put koi in the pond, cannot modify it anymore.

Cheers

Can't widen the pond anymore - limited space but the depth will be about 4' and 36' in length.

Next is the foundation for the waterfall.

Will post next step later.

Bye
Izani

Well Jon, you're right about the house - its an extension actually. The pond will be finished first.

I'm using that blue plastic container for the waterfall. I've cut the top part for the water to flow evenly, I hope.

The wall for the pond already done.
Any comment

well the water falls in nature are not suppposed to be even. theyre supposed to be free to go even or not, but that would add alot of noise.
but that goes with the person, if they like the noise or not.

Hi lilhelper and Koi38,

You're right about the nature of waterfall. I purposely built it that way as I don't like the noise some people do like noise. As for the kois to fill in the pond may be I'll do that - no just kidding.

Anyway, my next step of building the waterfall, I've laid some natural slab to the foundation. This will take sometime

The front view

The blue container will be hidden later

Well guys, what do you thing of the progress?
