Fish Safe Paint Can't Post

I am setting up a fibreglass tank/pond for rearing some kois as part of my landscape. I will be covering the external of the pond with bamboo but the internal is currently blue, which looks very artificial. Anyone knows of any paint or material i can use to make the internal black? Something thats safe for fish and plants?

I you live anywhere near the water, you will find what you need at a good boating supply shop. The best alternative is to sand the blue surface to make sure it is clean and has some ''tooth'' and then apply a pigmented polyester gel coat. There are also some one-part and two-part paints for painting decks of fiberglass boats. Not boat bottom paint because it will have antifouling compounds (copper and such). Surface prep is everything and you will want to really rough-up the blue surface.
