Koi Pond Vacuum Cleaners
Can't Post
My pond is very old.... poorly designed, concrete... Vacuum is a must.. can't have a in- pond, bottom drain unless I tunnel under the pond ... no way!!! Drain is a 20', over the side of the pond, 2 inch pvc pipe to a 1/4 horse pump.... I plan to insert into the drain line going to the pump, a cut off valve and a 1 inch line connected to a hose with a 'T' pvc end and use it for a vacuum cleaner....Will shout the valuve the pond water will have to enter from the 1inch, pvc vacuum line. Any ideas as to if it will work.. That I can vacuum dirt, leaves, etc using this type of tool??? Other ideas for portable or perminate vacuum cleaning of a pond? thanks, Jim
