Hi has anyone heard that color enhancing food is jus t a HYPE I reacently purchased some small fry and breeder say there is nothing to color enhancing food.

I do not believe that is true as some color enhancing foods can cause liver damage to young koi. While a normal koi food would not hurt the young koi in anyway.

Yes, is might hurt the koi's liver. Which I have learnt from DTTK. Do not worry about their color let them grow till their 1> year them you feed them with some combination of wheat and color enhance.

Hi- I'm still feeding the Tetra Pond, Floating Koi Sticks (probably last years variety) and I see great color. Why mess with a good thing? unless they stop offering it? My fish and my dogs love itSmile
