hiding filters Can't Post

Does anyone have any ideas on how to hide filters?

My filters are off to the side of my patio. They are DIY drums standing about 3' tall. There's 5 of them side by side. And they are ugly. They were painted grey and use to have Coors Lite emblem on them. Now they are part blue with grey paint chipping off and a whole bunch of plumbing sticking out of them. Hiding them would be a good thing.

I was thinking of creating wooden (pressure treated) folding (shoji) panels that would extend in front of the drums. I would just fold them up when I need to get in there to do a weekly cleaning. Has anyone built anything like this. Is anyone considered doing this? Does anyone know of anyone having done this? And to cover all the bases, does anyone have plans and blueprints for a project like this?

Are there other alternative solutions? I live in the Great White North (Canada), so I can't really grow any lush tropical plants and trees to cover them. Plants in pots that are brought out during the summer are not big enough to hide them. Plus the cover has to be around 5-6' tall because there are TT's screwed to my fence.

I think I'm going to build Shoji folding screens. It's going to have to span 10' wide and 8' tall. Have to start making schematic blueprints and layouts so I can get materials and make them in the Spring. I pray to someone's deity, that it looks good.Unsure Otherwise I have to start hiding these screens with lots of hanging plants. And yes, I'll be making my own hanging plants.Laugh
