im making a big tank and could use advice

see, i found out my fish are ganna get big fast so i was gonna build a pond but we have a dog that goes outside and i want my fish to be with me so im gonna make a tank in my room.its for two koi. its 202.5 gallon tank. the length is 4.5 feet width 2 and and heighth is 3 feet. every side but the front are gonna be mirrors and the front is gonna be a window. im ganna get a filter themometer and food i know a test kit im gonna get and a possible filter (see below). and you talk about all this other stuff so i would like to know what i should get what it does and about how much(keeping in mind im not the richest kid in the world) i would also like advice on what type of glass i should use
