Hi, I won't work on a less sensitive circuit breaker as reducing the sensitivity will increase the danger and damage when there is a electrical leakage, either from your household appliances or even when the lightning strikes. If there is a short-circuit and the circuit breaker does not trip, it may be lethal! In addition, with all pond equipment (pumps, lights and blowers), the risk of short circuit due to ingress of water into electrical joints is HIGH. Don't compromise. Guess there is no "short-cut" to this matter. Either you get a friend or neighbour to help you or you have to invest on a UPS(Uninterrupted Power Supply) to run a air blower when there is a power failure. Ng P K npk@sovereign-tech.com
