small leak at bottom of skimmer

Hi, I have a small leak at the bottom where my skimmer's pipe goes through the liner. Does anyone know what is the right corrective method to seal that leak after I drain all the water out. I loose about 10inches from the top of my pond in one week. I really need to fix this before my water bills sky rockets..Thanks in advance for the help...
