Willing to adopt unwanted Koi in Singapore or Malaysia Can't Post

Hi,

I am helping a friend do a trial breeding program in some mud ponds up in Kedah.

We are looking for damaged/injured and unwanted quality kois (both males and females) for koi breeding R&D. If you are aware of such kois being available, and their owners want to give them a good mud pond retirement home, let me know. I am happy to collect them in Malaysia or Singapore.

Cheers,
Jeff

Hi Jeff, I may have one or two koi to let go. If you in Singapore, you can call me on my mobile phone: (65) 9155 5690.

Out of curiosity, what is your friend going to do with the damaged koi? Breed them?

Due to work schedule, I can only be available to meet with you on weekends.

Regards,
Koi-kp

I will be in Singapore this weekend and will contact you to collect.

Yes, its for breeding -- so far, out of 5 pairs tested last Dec, only 1 pair produced good fries. So we need a pool of broodstock to go around to test different pairs.

We are looking for large body females and good pattern and color males. Currently short of kohakus and male shiros. Damage or injuries that are not genetic in nature are fine as they will not affect breeding. We need to know the bloodlines if possible so as not to mess up the fries.

Thanks,
Jeff

I have a large shiro female with fantastic body but its pattern is not that of a typical shiro and has red spots in many areas over her body. She is also a one eye jane. From Sakai.

I have one another male showa from sakai.

Are they ok for your friend's experiment?

Should be fine -- we are looking for females to give the body conformation and males the pattern and colour etc. If her red spots are too overpowering, we may pair Jane with male showas ;)

Thanks, will be in touch on Sat.

Jeff
