I bought it at Momotaro Auction on Oct-07 Size 26cm. Crazy

Now i put at Odakan Mud pond, 2month ago measure size 33cm. Wink

Can you guys teach me how to post video at this koi forum??
So i can post more for view, photo only can see pattern, cannot see the real quality, can some bro help?? thank you Smile

Bro Jacky ,

For video enable in this forum , we have to appeal to the web-administrator to configure this forum to allow short video script on this website .

If the administrator could upgrade this website to enable this , there would be much more we can share on Kois quality , from the way they swim and behave .
Most of the expensive Kois that we choose , the way the Koi move or swim is one contributing factor that we take into consideration prior committing to an expensive purchase .

Honestly hope the administrator would be able to enable this function here . Sly

Uncle David & Jacky,

I suggest that you just post the video clips on youtube and put the link into the post. youtube can post a lot of video.

I'd really love to see this sanke in action.

Part of D team? I tot Uncle David's sanke from his avatar from Urakawa (Torazo) Koi Farm?

Saw it at the 1st Asia Koi Show, 1st runner-up or 2nd runner-up. Maginificent sanke nonetheless. Personally prefer this Sanke rather than the GC.

Deen is correct , This Sanke in my avatar was the Breeder Koi Show 2007 Grand Champion - Torazo , brought it back late last year to Singapore and is now house in my own pond . House together with the Asia Koi Show Superior Champion , Mature Champion and most of the winners . Expected to grow another 4 to 6 cm by next year . She's now going to be 6 yrs old . Small face but magnificient body . Not meant for breeding purposes . I had been substaining her in 23-24 deg c. water , so not likely to grow eggs as well . Sly

Even Handy & Snowy Gingrin Chagoi and Mighty Mouse Yamabuki is in the same pond now !!! Sly

Might Mouse Club .

Will try to post her picture in my pond next week .

This is a picture of my mother (our finance minister/ internal home affairs minister) observing the Torazo Sanke on Uncle Soon's avatar. She mentioned & I quote "how come we don't have kois of this quality & size?" to which I answered " this sort of fish are few & far between, give me 5-6 years and maybe I can find a few". She was staring at her for a few minutes, which was odd because she hates pets. Maybe thawing off that hatred feeling? I certainly hope so, as any major purchases must go through her Sly

On that note, Uncle Soon, if you're reading this, can you tell us the story on how you stumbled on this magnificent sanke? Who introduced it to you, where you get from, at what age did you acquire the fish etc. If possible PM me on the price when you managed to get your hands on this Sanke?

Hi Deen,

yes i do know the sanke is from Torazo and it was the winner of Breeder Koi Show 2007 as uncle David said. And now i know the sanke is part of "D" dream team kois ("D" is equal to "David" Wink

). I just download the video of the sanke and some other winners of Breeder Koi Show 2007 at Niigata, so as I saw the sanke my mind directly point to uncle David's avatar. Seeing the video, I can't even blink my eyes and stare like someone seeing princess across Shocked

It's a member subscription link which means you have to be the member first to able to download the movie. It's the Nishikigoi TV. The link is over here : http://nishikigoi.tv
Make sure you have fast internet connection because the files quite big for High Definition version, like hundreds MB for 7-12 minutes movie.
