Purify my KOI Can't Post
Hi,

I've a few 6-7" young kois...however, I'm not able to see those white creamy body as those shown in this forum. How can I made my kois looks nice?

Hi, vincent

I was told by a fanatic of koi that to grow fast and nice requires the following:

1. good water

2. good food

3. good environment - not too noisy, not too small pond, not to shallow

4. good blood-line

    I think the most diffcult of all is to make the water in tip top condition. Any guideline to follow in short?

    Hi Vincent,
    Koifun has them all. You have to have all these to start with.
    To maintain pond water in tip top condition is a koi keepers' dreams, but unfortunately there is no such thing as a perfect solution to suit all ponds.
    The basic thing a koi keeper have to know is to have a reasonable size pond with the right amount of fish in it. It is like a cup of water with a tea bag in it. Too little water the tea becomes very thick & not drinkable. Similarly, 2 tea bags is best suited for 2 cups of water. It is also important not to leave the tea bags in the cup for too long otherwise you will not like your tea.
