 Hi Liew,I picked up this hobby about 8 months.With Khoo help,managed to have my koi posted.Don't know the types, need help from "gurus".This is how I tamed my kois. let them hungry for few days and creat water turbulent at the water surface.This is to distort the reflecting images as we approach the tank.At night,try not to cast shadow onto the water surface,it will frightened them.I used a table lamb to light up when night fall.Stationed at one corner,creat a knocking sound to attract them and throw food pallets to draw them near to the corner.Surprisingly,it took within a week to calm them. Now,whenever I sit near the tank,they will rush toward and wait for food.I will fiddle them with my hand before feeding them.Try it.My FB tank size is 4ft x 4ft x 1 ft deep.Filter is a 10 gallons plastic drum.
