I made a casual visit to the pond and was perturbed when I saw my Sakai Kohaku darting here and there in a vigorous manner. All of a sudden it was swimming upside down. I thought the poor koi will pass out. I remember feeding it heavy the previous evening and some instinct told me that it must be facing stomach congestion. I slowly massaged the stomach and a lot of droplets came out and the fish was back to normal. To me it was a miracle and I thought I should share the experience with you. After a day, I gave it an antibiotic injection.
The koi is now normal.
