Hi,
My babies seem to change colors daily or at least weekly..they are really getting some patterns on them now..wanted to share..

Growing up fast.....eating a lot I bet....how long would a 500g bag last them?

My neighbour has at least 600-1000 fry and a 500g bag is gone in 3-4 days.... Tongue

Hi Jarvis,
Have you got any fry's yet? I feed my frys 5 times a day, brine shrimp..and also some flake foods..
All my fish can go through the food..lol I don't know what a 500 g bag is an equivlent to.. Blush

That is nice....I haven't got any of my own fry yet....I did try to increase pH slightly....no action yet...

My neighbour offered me on her fry today....man where they hard to catch....have to try again tomorrow... Tongue

500g mean a 500 Gram bag of koi food.... Smile

Hi Jarvis,
Well, guess when they are ready to spawn they will..lol..Last year mine finally spawned on the 30th of July, only one female..this year they spawned in May, ALL four of the females..lol
I have noticed that when you don't want to catch a fry you can and if you want to you can't... Tongue

They are fast and can jump too.. Smile

I made another attempt to catch a couple of the fry I wanted.....managed to catch a bunch....but one the ones I was going for..... Tongue
