Hi! Koi friend, I think it is a Orenji Ogon Matsuba Doitsu (leather scale type). The main defect are the smear of sumi specks on the shoulder and body. Also some redundant scales along the shoulder A good leather Doitsu should only have scales along the dorsal fin and no where else. If it is a mirror Doitsu - it is called a Mizuho Ogon.
