Dosage & Mixing for Carp Pituitary Extract CPE

I am getting ready to induce spawning with Carp Pituitary Extract (CPE). I have the hormone (1000 grams) in powder form in a vial. I have seen information on the net that says the dosage is anywhere from 5 to 20 mg/kilo of fish weight. I have also seen information about mixing it with distilled water or saline.
Does anyone know about mixing this powder and resultant dosage? I.e. do you add the distilled water to the vial, and then what is the amount of the diluted hormone for injection? Also, what is the shelf life of the hormone after dilution?
