Flashing babies

Good Afternoon, Spawning - 7-11 Hatching 4-10 days later, so all babies at least 30 days old. We have between 300-500 - 5 different tanks - 3 tanks in a greenhouse, 1 under porch 1 outside. Most are in a 300 gallon rubbermaid container in the greenhouse, they are HUGE compared to all the others. The tank is highly filtered - water quality good (all levels in normal range) My question is these larger koi seem to be flashing. Nobody jumping out of water - just a quick flash on the bottom of the tank. My dad was thinking they were doing it trying to stir things up that are on the bottom. I dont think it is parasites, but I dont know for sure. Told him I would ask if anyone has any suggestions comments etc. regarding this behavior. By the way, they are soooooo awesome, this is the second year we have done this (Last year a lot of luck) We were able to sell all the ones we did not want to keep (kept about 40) and pay for the food for last year and this year. These babies this year are showing sooo much color already. It is amazing. Also, a few of them are already showing those favorite koi qualities, I tap on the side of the tank and they swim over to get there meal...........SO AWESOME. I have about 25 in an aquarium on my porch, I put the flashlight on them at night and watch them, literally I could spend hours just watching these little guys.---- Thanks in advance for any advice/suggestions you may have.
