Fry tank? Newbie and need help fast.. Can't Post

Ok..I am new at this ...so I need some help..after researching the net..I found that many leave the fry in what they have put the eggs in for about a week to 4 weeks...what do you think? I have a plant in mine that had eggs all over it and several yarn ropes full of eggs...today I sawa zillion of them swimming to the top and to the sides..I have an air stone going..changed the water on the second day, the 4th day it rained so I didnt change it..after testing the water no problem but soft water...
So..I have been thinking about buying a large tank for inside the house...with a filter on the outside..and covering the intake with pantyhose? Saw this on another site..what do you think? Or...taking a pair of panty hose and making somekind of shape =shell to cover the pantyhose and put in the tank so the fry can not get sucked up..once they get larger (not sure how long this takes) but than letting them loose in the large tank with the filter...I feed them egg yolks today..and have brime (spelling?) shrimp ready to hatch to feed them in a couple of days...
What does everyone think? Any ideas..I will skim some water off the top tomorrow with a cup covered with a panyhose...and exchange it with some of the good pond water the big ones are in...
Any help would be wonderful..I really really dont want to loose them...it would break my heart....
Thanks in advance!
Carla

I would keep them outside, zoul has told me they get bugs etc. to eat and it's in the sun so they get some algae growing.

I use the cup with panty hose over too to exchange water. THe air stone is good, brine shrimp should be ready in 24 hours so keep an eye on them.

Dear carla1119

Sounds like you've got it covered, Koi Queen got her dad to build a baby pond for hers.

Check out koi queens posts and the run up she got should be useful.

I think we have covered most stuff.
