How to catch baby koi?

Last year I built a new pond for my Koi. 3 weeks after they were transferred they decided to spawn (first time in 7 years).
Anyhow, a year later, I have about 150 3-5 inch koi and can't figure out how to catch them.
I've tried the net I use for my big koi and got about 15 that way until they got wise to me. I then tried a shiner trap and got about 5 more. But, they have gotten too smart for that as well.
HELP!!! I need to cull these guys.
Information about pond... 4000 gallons with a 500 gallon "waterfall/bio-filter pond". Depth of main pond ranges from 1 to 3 feet. Currently loaded with 8 water lilies which prevent the use of a big "throw" or "drag" net.
Any help is greatly appreciated... Thanks in Advance

. I'm afraid the only logical thing you could do to net all the young koi is to use a drag net. Believe me these young koi are very fast swimmers...
. Luckily your pond is not deep and this makes the job of using a drag net easier. You'd definitely have to remove the lilies if they are potted. These would allow you and your friends (you can't do it on your own...
) to "sweep' across the whole pond without any obstructions to net all the young koi. One or two of you will have to get in the pond to lay the net on the floor and guide the edges as the dragging is being done. So get your tubs ready and enjoy the culling...
. Better to do it first thing in the morning so that there'll be enough daylight hours to finish the culling. Good luck...
