Koi newbie breeder Can't Post

Hi
I juz got myself some 4" kois like the ogon and showa. However i notice throughout the entire day, they just hang around underneath the horizontally submissible internal filter. They dont swim actively as they do in the koi farm. For a start, even the water i used in the tub is the same water from the koi farm. Any idea to the odd behaviour?

Hello, It is important that you remember, these are not TOYS!!! They have personality!! Koi are very much like humans!!! They act the same way as we do! So, if you were put into another neiborhood, you would probily act the same ??? or no????
Give them time!!!! They will come around !!!!
