ajeng_arini....

Wow......success on the first try.....Laugh Good job...Tongue

Plus two days is pretty quick hatch....cause usually take about a week or just under a week to hatch...Smile

My kois' fiest spawn did not result in myriads of fry...but my neighbour had a successful one......Ifigured she has about 1-2 thousand in her pond.....

So what you can do now is to wait until their yolk sacs are gone, usually the first few days, theb feed them fry food like brine shrimp....etc

no need to cover the sun.....my neighbiour didn't cover the water at all...and the fry are doing well....

It's winter here, so she put styrofoam over the water to keep the fry warm during the snow times....Crazy

Hope that helps a little....Smile

With regards, Jarvis

You can also take a can of dog food and open on each end and put in the pond for the fryWink I also used koi pond food put in a blender and ground up in a very fine powder and fed this to my fry. They loved it just as much and mom and pop and did well on this powder.
I would not leave the can of dog food in the pond for more than two days. Then open another and put in so you can keep fresh food to the fry at all times.Smile
