One of my KOI's belly is getting too big HELP!!! Can't Post

I have 19 KOI in a big tank and had them since they were baby and were really small. A few months ago I noticed that one of them's belly is getting bigger and bigger, and now it cant even swim properly and feed itself and sunk to the bottom all the time. The belly is getting so big that the tail is pointing upward. Some people told me that she is probably pregnant but the belly have been that big for a long time. I am not sure what to do and I certainly do not want to give up on that fish. I dont think it's ready to lay eggs because it's not even mature, it's length is of length of adult human palm. ~7-8 inches long I'd say. IF it's pregnant, it'd have layed the eggs ages ago right? what is the length of the eggs incubation period in the mother KOI? I am worried as i watch it swim up and eat it's just circling perpendicularly without certain directly. Someone please give me some ideas about how to help that poor thing.

It is much more likely that your koi has a swimbladder infection or something of that sort. If it was pregnant the male koi would be agitating her to lay the eggs by pursuing her all around the pond and pressing her against the walls.
Take a look at this website and compare your koi to what is described there;
