Rampant comet is hassling koi Can't Post
I brought a 10" chagoi home yesterday and my comet has gone rampant chasing it around. I used to have 2 comets - a male and a female and they had babies last year but now the female comet has died. Do you think I should get a couple more comets or do you think I should find the comet a new home? Unimpressed

I don't really want to cross breed comet and koi but if they chagoi does lay eggs and I leave them in the pond the koi will probably eat them anyway won't they?

i would of thought the koi would eat them because we had to take out the ones were got at the moment because all the rest in the pond was gettin eaten by the koi

Hi Tree,

Thanks for the reply. The comet has stopped hassling the chagoi now so I think I will leave the comet in for now. I don't really want to give him away. I've had him for a year and I'm quite attached to him and I have his babies... I might get him some new comet friends to play with instead! Sly
