Safe net Can't Post

Hello all,

I was trying to find a post in which someone said they were going to transfer their fry into another pond from the tank via a safe net or place a safe net in the growing on tank...

Last year I tried hatching sucessfully I might add a large amount of eggs. Everything went well, then it was time to move the fry into another growing on pond..that is when things got tricky. I ended up draining the large 700 gallon tank down to where I could net the young ones and then transfer, but I lot of them did get man handled in the process.

I wondered if there was some type of net that was fine enough to place at the bottom of the hatching tank and after your eggs have hatched and the fry are big enough to move, just raise the net and viola you have captured your fry???

Thanks in advance for any thoughts on this.
