Transferring Baby Fry's

Tomorrow morning, I want to transfer my baby fry's into a clean 20 gallon container, that I have been letting it set now for two days, come tomorrow. Need to know, do I just put the babies directly into the clean container? Of course they are way to tiny to use a net..was going to use a clear small cup..is this what I want to do, as far as transferring them directly into the clean container?
