Hi i am new to koi keeping just finished my pond i have a female sanke and 2 showa sanke male when i spawn them will i get showa sanke or a % of each sanke and showa sanke
u could get, showa sanke, sanke, showa, even kohaku.

Another way to identify showa,if the pectoral fin had a solid black pattern, or black presence on the head section.while sanke had a white head with red marking or vice versa,and no black on the head..Hope i got this thing right.
i have a really old goldfish, thats about 2-3 years thats 5-6 inches and it spawned in spring, but theyre was no male koi or gold fish to fertilize
