help needed.

i have just managed to spawn and hatch eggs from a pair of japanese HI SHOWA

eggs hatched within 4 days

i need help in the type of food i can now feed the tiny fry on

i have been told that the white of an egg will do

but how do i administer this

it is ideal to feed the fry hard boiled egg yoke that has been crushed to a fine powder just sprinkle in the water but not to much on the first time just make sure they eat it and then add more as where there so small they cannot see yet so they need the food around them so that they can just open their mouth and take the food in.
