Hi, everyone I'm a new member today,
I see you have a member name pondgirl
and my name is pondgirl77 I have had this e-mail
address for over a year now and didn't want to give up the name, but I don't want to offend any one . I hope pondgirl
you don't mind. I have a pond , about a year now and I have new babies in it and have lots of question?
one is I have goldfishs and koi in my pond .... I have some that was born all black and some that was born multi'colored are some koi ? they are about 2 months old now and the multi'colored ones are to fast to catch and they hide so I can't get a good look at them ....
can you help ?

Hi Pondgirl 77, no problem with the name thing. I was going to use alison, but it wouldn't go in. Anyways, as for your question, I recently was in the same dilema and was unsure about what mine were too. Koi are born with thier colors and goldfish don't. If you have any babies that have red or orange on them when they were born, then most likely they are all or most koi, or hybreeds both koi and goldfish.
