hi, i raised 21 fry from the egg to about 2" in a 10 gallon aquarium, i gave them brime shrimp that i hatched, and eggyolk. i took water from my pond like you did, i also gave them crushed fish sticks when they got older. i had about 200 to survive counting the ones i left in the pond. i still feed them crushed fish sticks along with dried blood worms, and what ever else gets in the pond. i think its the lack of food that done them in. i sure do hope some of them make it. good luck, bboop
