Buying Pumps/etc on the net!!!

Well Guys/Girls,
Have to provide you with a great piece of info…Found a great company, via the net, to purchase pumps, leaf/primer catchers and most likely other goodies (only wanted a pump and catcher) … They manufacture …Sequence pumps,etc. . . Recently,dealt with one of the Pond/Koi/etc internet retailers to purchase a sequence pump… As I should have known, very poor service when it came to any exchanges, even with extra moneys offer to do so.. If you are interested, be happy to provide the name if you contact me direct (below)…
But, on contacting the manufacturer of Sequence , MDM Manf. (sales@mdminc.com) they picked up on my problem and really handled it to my satisfaction . . . even more so!
I’m not in any way connected with MDM and never will be . . .just a very satisfied customer…in the future, I will buy directly from them … price is, most likely, the same but at least I know I will get great service if needed…Going to place the in acoupleof other places on the forum...Koi Pond people need a break once in a while!!!
