Eazy Pod Can't Post

Hi All

Well I have installed an Eazy pod on my mums pond and WOW.....Woo Hoo and all that stuff. The pond was in a bad way my fault I guess too much work not enough play.Unsure

The water was very dirty and the testing results, well I am ashamed....Blush

Put the Eazy online in about half a day (sweet)......then cheated and took the mature K1 from my Nexus and put it in the pod.It ran for 4 days before we needed to clean and in that time it had transformed a dirty horrid hole to a crystal clear oasis (no joke) I was gob smacked...Shocked

Now the time between cleaning is increasing as the pond gets cleaner and its a breeze to clean 10mins max and she's back online.

So the Eazy Pod 10/10

Re: [andymadd] Eazy Pod [In reply to] Can't Post

Looked it up on the web (never seen one before) and that is one cute looking little filter systemSmile. I'm pretty much a DIY kind of guy, but if I wanted one off the shelf for a smaller pond I'd have to give it a shot. From what little I can tell from the pix it appears to have a self contained vortex/skimmer/biosystem incorporated into one small package. Is my take correct?

Hi

Yes you are nearly correct the water enters the outside chamber where large heavy material sinks down to a sump then the water passes through the K1 media and this acts as both Bio and mechanical filtration.

Andy

By any chance do you have a before and after shot of your mother's water clarity?

Also, how much will one of these Easy thingy's set you back?

Thx
