I have managed to convert this file to Jpeg for you so everyone else can see the beauty of this very natural looking pond.

Hi tgarrett, indeed it is very natural and spacious. The water looks very still. Where are the kois? How deep is the largest pond? Would look great if you had some lilies or floating plants too.Smile
Always friendly :)

Re: [dttk] Tom's Pond [In reply to] Can't Post

Just planted 10 different types of water lillies and various other marginal plants. I just finished the pond the middle of april and it takes time to get all the plants to mature. Will send pictures at the end of summer if all goes well.

Thanks tgarrett

Re: [dttk] Tom's Pond [In reply to] Can't Post

Forgot some info.

Top stream and first pond have rock and sand bottom to add to the filtering process. The third pond is 2' deep. The fourth pond is the largest pond is a little under 4' at the drain the adverage is about 3'. The fifth pond is 3' deep.

These pictures were taken in the morning and the koi stay down until latter in the morning. Will take pictures when feeding.

Will have to wait until June to take more pictures, as I'am leaving town for a week.

Thanks tgarrett
