Derek, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, what one person likes another may not, unless you are going in to competition or want to kow if you have had a good deal or not, I would not worry about it.

Some nice fish there, (in my opinion)

Hi derek, IMO

The Showa's body shape and fins look good, body pattern not bad, the thing "I" would want to improve on is the colour of the Red, youe look a bit Orange to me, but it may be the photo.

I would want to head towards the colour of the Sanke or the Red on the Tancho Bekko.

But as I say it all depends on what you are looking for, go and grab some books.
