Online Koi Photo Competition

This is a new category for the new year 2006. The purpose is to have a simple online Koi Photo competition for all to participate and enjoy. The rules are follow:-
(RULES)
a) Each Member can post a MAX of 3 Pictures of DIFFERENT Koi for the contest. Multiple pictures of the SAME koi from different angles/sides are allowed, but only the picture of the same koi with the highest vote count will be taken into vote counting.
b) Picture File Name should follow nickname with number like "Khoobg1" , "Khoobg2" and "Khoobg3", especially when you are submitting 3 different Koi.
c) Any member of www.koi.com.my can vote and pick their winner(s).
d) The post of the type of Koi picture must follow the THEME of the month or risk being disqualified.
e) The Koi and picture(s) must belong to you [if taken by friend-use with permission of].
f) Koi to be photographed from the top to provide maximum view or don't wonder why you don't get any votes in the poll.
(Judging Criteria Guidelines)
1) Comply with theme of contest for that particular month.
2) Quality of fish-shape, health, pattern/colour.
3) Quality of photograph, properly exposed, sharp, composition.
4) WoW factor
Winners will be decided by members of www.koi.com.my during the polling period.
The contest will run at a cycle of once every two months or 60 days. The first 45 days of the contest, member are welcome to post the pictures of their KOI and the remaining 15 days will be meant for voting by the all members of the koi forum.

We do hope that many will participate. We will try it out and if the level of participation is good, we will be able to continue further.
