The kohaku is a male(21") and the tancho(24") is a female.

That's a koi treat floating on top of the water. If you look again it's in a shape of a fish.

that red dot near the eye is that real or edited? If it was real u got a good eye on picking a good fish there i never see a tancho with a tear mark before

Pirate i thought it was a teardrop mark near the eye i guess not. But the round red is pretty round on that oneWink i bet u take it to show and you could won some prize with it, and if u tired to keep it sale it to Japanese buyer they will paid u higher than u could expect because it kind of look like Japan flag symbol
