Firestone Quick Seam Pipe Boot - Are they good???

Hi,
I need to pass some pipes thru. the liner and the local supplier suggested some coupling and I found them very bulky. Then I found this Firestone pipe boots. Just wondering if anyone has any comments about this product, and if there are other simple and safe way to do that.
