INFINITY KOI POND Can't Post

Hi! =) I am currently building a koi pond & was wondering if it is ok to have an infinity edge. Its maybe 50% of the perimeter of the pond is designed to be infinity =) I am a bit worried if the koi would jump over the pond =) Please do help me out with my dilemma as i am just doing this for the first time =)

Thank you very Much =)

Good Day =)

God Bless =)

Re: [blitzkrieg] INFINITY KOI POND [In reply to] Can't Post

Koi will jump over the edge becoz your food will flow down and over the edge (unless you use sinking food). The koi will follow.. Even if it is not for the food, the koi must jump over at times... Also, algae will grow on the edge and the infinity edge will not look so infinity over time as the algae will cause the inconsistently flow... worst, if you get blanketweed over the edge..
