I'm looking for a BIG pond.

Let me begin by saying that I'm quite impressed by the expertise on this forum. Thank you for letting me participate. I'm a moderator on a forum called "Pond Boss" and have been an active participant for over three years now. I am a dentist and an aquaculturist. The ponds that I own are as follows: 1.25 acre recreational pond. Three smaller (.1 to .15 acre) ponds used for reproduction of native fish. Two lined ponds using 45 mil Firestone material that are used for holding and growing out fish. If I may ask, I'd like to know if anyone here would guide me to literature that may be considered to be the ultimate "how-to" guide on building koi ponds. I'd also like to know if somebody would suggest a resource for acquiring a fiberglass or poly "pond" to set underground for a solid substrate. My goals are... 1. 800 to 1200 square foot pond to put some of my most prized fish. 2. The ability to feed 100 fish around 75 pounds a year. Obviously I'm very prepared to invest in a bottom drain, and heavy duty filtration system. 3. I am not concerned about clear water. A light algae bloom or smaller amounts of filamentous algae are of no concern. I'd like to maintain Secchi readings of at least 30 inches. 4. At least one really nice waterfall to aerate and add interest. I would have the ability to completely replace the water every two days, and would not hesitate to do so in order to maintain adequate water quality. I am aware that on forums such as these there is typically some resistance to advertising, but if someone wanted to PM me with some approximate figures of what I might expect to spend I'd love to hear it. As a new member please feel free to inform me of any contributions I may be able to make in exchange for your help. Thank you so much, Bruce
