Momotaro Bakki Pyramid Fall Can't Post

The Bakki Shower is noisy and occupy space and can be unsightly for a landscape garden. But I am impressed with the Bacteria House...so, I am planning to build a Bakki Pyramid Fall... about 1.6m high, on a base of 1m x 1m.... with a pipe feeding water vertical upwards with a fountain dispersion head at the top... 800kg to 1000kg of Bacteria House... (Cost of very nice Jumbo Kohaku or more...).. depending on how close the interlocking BH ...

Looking something like this... Think the noise would be lesser and space can be saved... and hiding one corner of the garden where the wife will not notice... between some thick foilage.... hehehehe... Do you think this will work.

hi water..

well, i think it wont work, reason is water will fall straight down from top, meaning the BH at the side wont reach by water. another thing is, BH need explosive shower, letting water flow this way i think will not create the explosive effect..

just my opinion..Smile

Good point. Need high pressure and more pipes at the sides.. Maybe just make one 1m x 1m x 1.5m high column with four vertical pipes.. spread out at the top. Thanks.

If space saving is one of your objectives, then I think you are better off with the conventional setup which maximises the vertical space. Your pyramid design will require a large space for the base.

hi water..

in order to bacteria hse to fully function u need to have high flow rate, dats mean they sure produce loud water splash sound, i hope ur new set up works, then many keeper will copy ur method to set up BS...

keep us update..

thanks for all the feedback. I already have conventional filter and also kaldness moving chamber.... I also have the bakki shower but wanted to experiment something different... and more intense... Space wise... I am thinking of a 1mx1m base about 1.5 to 1.7m high column full of BH and splash water all over it. A bit of a fantasy.. but having use BH, I am impressed with it. Like they say, take care of the water and the fishes take care of themselves
