My new pond Can't Post

Hopefully the link is good.

The pond is at the curing stage. I ended up doing the pond out of block and cement. Can anyone tell me how long the leaching process will take on this size pond? It is just under 5000 gallons. I am giving it an acid wash now with only a sump pump circulation the water.

Are you just planning to use acid solution in the water until it clears up? If so, you could be waiting a long time.

No, I am gonna drain it and dry it out, then epoxy paint it. I don't want to have the same problems with ph as I do with my year old frog pond.

Is there a better solution?

If you are going to epoxy paint it then just follow the paint mfg directions. Once it is painted you won't have to worry about ph issues from the lime anyway.
