Need advise on pump size required Can't Post

Newbie need advice badly.
I’m planning to get a 6 x 3 x 2.5ft FGT for my koi, but I’m not sure about the pump size that I need. After reading a number of books and asking around I’m getting more confused.

1) Some book said that bottom water should only be fed occasionally (for big pond), but many people I asked said the opposite. As most waste sink, bottom fed is the most important.

2) Some book said that total pond volume should pass through filter 8 -12 times a day (again for big pond), but many people said the more the better. (4 -7 times per hour).

3) From my picture, is the number of in-let (3 x 1” holes) enough for my pump flow of 7500l/h (assume no losses) and I may add another 3000l/h pump.

4) Is 7500L/h to 10000L/h flow enough, too high, or too low for my system?

Appreciate someone could help.
Thanks
