New Pond - Beginner Can't Post

Hi everyone,

I relatively new to this forum and new to KOI. I dont know... suddenly i fell in love with KOI. I am planning to build a small pond. 8 Feet length, 5 Feet Width & 4 Feet depth.

My Question is very basic so i hope i'm not wasting your time..

1) What is bottom drainage. How do i construct the drain. Do you guys have picture that i can see and apply. What does it do ?
2) Chambers ?? how many should i have... do you have a picture how to contruct one. I plan to have the chamber at the corner. It's an L shape. About 4 Feet width & 4 feet length.
3) Where to put the pump ?? do you have pictures?

Hopefully, with the real pictures I would be able to guide my contractor to contruct the KOI pond.

Thanks.
