Hi there, Would you like to share with us the reason why do you wanna apply those paint in your pond? I may have some answers to your question: - If your pond is made of concrete - you need a relatively dry substrate to achieve good bonding or it may peel off later for an oil base coating. It might also blister during curing if the concrete is too moist.
- If your pond is made of fibre - You may well apply but a good surface preparation is needed such as water jetting & brushing the surface. To get rid of those algae & slime other wise it will not bond and peel off later for sure. Make sure it is dry enough as well!
Good Luck!
