Pond liner instalation ?'s

We have had a 150 gallon tub for five enjoyable ponding years and have decided to go with a liner. I have lurked here for a while and taken in a ton of information ( thanks) and have felt confident during the whole process of digging.
The hole is dug and the liner and water will go in tomorrow. I put the liner in for a dry run and to confirm that my calculations were right and I noticed that there were a lot of wrinkles on the edges and the corners. Will these straighten out when I put the water in? Also should I just put rocks over the edges of the liner? Is there a chance that with a heavy rain fall that water could get under the liner?
