What I can see is that you have an algal bloom in the pond. If the biological filter is only a few days or weeks old, you should be patient and give the biomedia (such as bioballs, lava rocks...whatever you have in the biological filter) time to mature and grow the bacteria. After such time, you should see an improvement in water clarity. For the mean time monitor nitrite, ammonia and PH levels with a test kit, and consider washing the biomedia only in water taken from the pond (which could coincide with a water change - with the water to be used on the plants).
